Natural Technique for Loose Curly Locks
For 2010, my hair resolution is to style it with great pleasure and less destruction. Heat damage, clumsy wires, and wasted time to simply curl my hair! I was told that beauty is pain, but that doesn’t mean we should torture ourselves with heat hair appliances and the overuse of hair products.
As I went along my Google expedition, I came across an interesting post about creating your own curls naturally. I had to try it, and it surely outdid the common Goldilocks technique! Check out how this ultra savvy blog site called All Women Stalk showed me how to get that runway look:
- After you shower in the evening, dry your hair enough so it is damp and not completely moisture-less
- Use a leave-in conditioner
- Take one inch sections of your hair (the smaller the sections the tighter the curl) and twist (creating a spiral look). Keep three separated.
- After, braid your hair with the three spiral strands and pin/clip/or band together (for extra flair: you can use bobby pins at the ends and twist braided hair again pinning at the scalp, or simply tie the end of braid together)
- Get some beauty sleep and let hair dry overnight
- Take out braids and brush or run fingers through your hair
You should have loose curly locks done the natural way! Your trembling tresses will no longer suffer from heat damage, and you’ll save time on your daily styling routine. Priceless!
