Maybe you have been beaten down and told over and over again that you are not beautiful or maybe you have fallen for the medias lie that you have to look like a victorias secret model to be considered beautiful.
Let me tell you a secret. Are you ready? Here it is. Beauty does not start on the surface with looks and makeup and all the things that the media would have you believe. Its starts on the inside, the part of you that is really you. The outside will fade and lets face it all of us are getting older but what really makes a woman beautiful is her character, how she lives, the person she really is.

And that is the part of us that each of us can change, we cant change our hair (unless we dye it), we cant change how tall we are or even to some degree how thin or thick we are but we can change the core of our being, who we are on the inside and that is the true beauty secret that makes us beautiful to ourselves and others.
